Men's Basketball Drops Conference Opener 93-87 to Southeast Arkansas
Lockesburg, Ark. - UA Cossatot men's basketball started off conference play Wednesday night, losing 93-87 Southeast Arkansas College at the Bank of Lockesburg Gymnasium.

The Colts (6-5) held an early lead but fell behind by halftime, as the Sharks (6-3) stopped their best comeback attempts in the second half.
UAC caught fire to begin the first half, leading by double digits for most of the half. However SEARK put together a huge run, outscoring Cossatot 30-11 to end the half and lead 51-42 going into halftime. Clifton Jones Jr. led the Colts with eight first-half points.
The Colts came out of halftime with a run of their own, but the Sharks were able to keep the lead at a distance, thwarting three major UAC runs.
In the end, SEARK triumphed 93-87. Guards Amory Arie and Dylan Glover led Cossatot with 16 points.
The Colts are at the start of another homestand, with another game on Saturday against SAU Tech, with tip-off against the Rockets set for 3:00 p.m.
