Men’s Basketball Drops Away Matchup At SAU Tech
East Camden, Ark. - UA Cossatot men's basketball lost a road matchup Monday evening, falling 83-66 Southern Arkansas University Tech Rockets Arena.

The Colts (9-16, 3-10 Region 2) were close at first, but the Rockets (11-11, 6-7 Region 2) gained control in the middle of the first half and never looked back.
The first half of the first half was a back-and-forth battle, with countless lead changes. But SAUT started to pull away towards the end of the half and led 48-33 at halftime. The bright spot for Cossatot in the first half was redshirt sophomore guard Dylan Glover, who was on fire from deep scoring three three-pointers en route to 11 first half points.
The second half didn't get much better for the Colts, as the Rockets emerged victorious 83-66. Sophomore center Knighten Day led Cossatot with 12 points.
The Colts now head back to De Queen, with a home matchup against Phillips C.C. UA slated for 5:30 p.m. Wednesday.
