- 2025 NJCAA Central District Coach of the Year
Justin Hinman has completed his third year as Head Men’s & Women’s Soccer Coach at the University of Arkansas Cossatot. Hinman joined the Colts from National Park College, where he served as the assistant coach as well as the head goalkeeper coach for men’s and women’s soccer.
In his third season Hinman navigated the diffucult challenges of only having 11 players to guide the Colts to the first conference championship in Cossatot Athletics histroy by winning the season series 11-2 over NPC, before securing another UAC first with a berth in at the national championships banquet in Wichita.
The Little Rock native spent three seasons at Northeastern State University Tahlequah, Oklahoma, making 25 starts over two years before spending two seasons at the University of Dayton, where he won the Atlantic 10 Championship in 2021
Following his college career, Hinman became the starting goalkeeper for the Little Rock Rangers of the USL 2.
