Thigpen Becomes first UA Cossatot Cross Country Commit in Program History
De Queen, Ark. – UA Cossatot Head Cross Country Coach Tony Soto has announced Gracie Thigpen as the program's first official commitment.

Gracie Thigpen runs for Dierk High School out of Dierks, Arkansas. With Dierks, Thigpen was on a team that became 2023 2A District 7 champions, Tom Stuthard top 25 Champions, 2023 and 2024 Class 2A Runner-Up, 2023 and 2024 Stuthard Stampede XC Invitational Runner-Up. In addition, Thigpen earned 2A District 7 All-district honors multiple times.

Thigpen will officially sign tomorrow at 10 a.m. at the Dierks High School Gym, and will begin competition with UA Cossatot Cross Country in the Fall of 2026.
